The Founder of FLIP Jordan in 2009 and a major in Business Administration, Amjad specializes in investment, business development and real estate. He holds valuable experience from his involvement in opening and managing over 25 restaurants,bars and clubs in the Middle East.
Holding a Bachelor of Science from the Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne, Jamal has a strong hotel background, stemming from his role as Head of F&B with Kempinski Hotels,where he has later assigned to create the Shaza Hotel brand (part of the Kempinski Group) in the Middle East.
Currently the Executive Vice President of Shaza Hotels (part of Kempinski Group), Sanjiv brings with him 34+ years of hospitality levels. Prior to Shaza, he Supervised the Portfolio of eight Kempinski Hotels as the Regional VP in Africa,and the entire Oberoi Hotels and resorts portfolio, as Executive VP from 1996-2008.
Holding several degrees in hospitality and operations management, Yazan is a pure operations spacialist. Working his way up the ranks from floor supervisor to general manager, Yazan now has eight years experience as a General Manager,and was responsible for #14m annual restaurant sales for Sir coro in Canada,and over #30m annual sales while managing multiple outlets at Toronto Pearson international Airport.
A Professional in Culinary Technique from The Art Institute of Vancouver, Chef Victor’s influence stems from his roots in Latin America and his training in Japan and North America.Futher to this, hr spent five years traveling the globe on the Royal Caribean serving food for 9000 passengers, and has opened his own restaurant and meal prep program in UAE.
